The KCA Annual Conference will be held on Thursday 12 and Friday 13 September 2019 at Pier One Sydney Harbour, Sydney. 
It is essential for all participants including delegates, speakers and guests to register online with payment of the applicable registration fee. All fees include GST.

Earn RTTP CE Points
Demonstrate your dedication and expertise in the academic technology transfer profession by becoming a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP). The KCA Annual Conference earns attendees 10 continuing education (CE) credits. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing before close of registration deadline of 6 September 2019 for refund minus $50.00 administration fee.  There are no refunds after close of registration deadline of 6 September 2019. There are no exceptions possible in any circumstances. A substitute may attend in your place -  please advise kcaevents@clems.com.au  for transfer of badge, certificate etc.

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

The GST is a broad-based tax of 10% on most goods, services and other items sold or consumed in Australia. For international visitors, a tax refund may be sought at the airport for goods purchased beyond the value of $300 and which are carried with them in their hand luggage when leaving the country. A tax refund is not available for goods or services consumed in Australia therefore the GST component of conference registrations fees, accommodation, tours, etc. are not claimable.
