Cancellation Policy

14 Day cancellation policy applies - Full pre-payment of room charges will be taken 14 days prior to the first arrival date. Any reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to the first arrival date will be charged a cancellation penalty equal to total room nights booked.  

Arrival & Departure

The hotel check-in time is from 15:00pm, check-out time is up to 12:00pm. 

Requests for an early check-in will be subject to availability and will not be guaranteed, unless the room is reserved for the night prior to the guests’ arrival, which will incur an additional night’s charge. Requests for late departure are also subject to availability on check-out with surcharges being applicable depending on the time requested. Decisions on late check-out requests will not be made until the day of departure.
